This is someone I met in the park a couple weeks ago… here he is, and you can also see him in Geist magazine, the summer issue (#73). This is one of my first attempts at using a brush and ink, and pens with nibs. Fun.

And this is Jackson. I’ve had him for two and a half years now, but I still can’t quite draw him right. His face is not so long. He is a papillon, male, tri-colour, 3 years old.

This past fall, my dog Jackson and I spent some time on the seawall. We met many small dogs, including this one.
